Competitively won in tender against local similar tier contractors this project introduced NCL Contractors to a new Architectural practice in Owen Bond.
Taken from outline planning permission Newall Construction provided a turnkey package of design, specification co-ordination, cost planning and construction of a bespoke VOSA Compliant Vehicle Workshop.
The project included a FM2 power floated over site, office and welfare facilities within the building and a substantial electrical upgrade of the site to facilitate this project and provide future expansion for the site.
The works were carried out on a live site where the Clients other businesses could not be disrupted during the construction process.
Through careful Project and Site Management deliveries of the steel frame, cladding and 20M long prefabricated Inspection Pit were successfully completed to a high standard with no issues.
