NCL Contractors Ltd are delighted to have been awarded a design and build contract to convert a former golf club into a SEN school for the Aurora Group.  The existing site was originally St Ives Golf Club situated off Houghton Road in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.  The building has been redundant for many years but with the investment from the Aurora Group, new life and purpose will be given to the existing structure, providing a much needed educational facility.  Works commenced on the 29 November 2021 and are due to be complete at the end of May 2022.
