Work to the S & B Commercial Mercedes Depot in Thurrock is finally making some progress.  The project team have had to deal with many unforeseen issues within the ground but with the fantastic support from the client and his consultants, the project has finally turned a corner with the driven piling system commencing this week on site.  So often a project beset by problems can become a ‘battle ground’, however all stakeholders have worked in an open and honest manner, keeping communication as the key driver to ensure the unforeseen issues were dealt with in a professional and proactive manner.  A great effort by the project team!
